Practicing pickleball against the DrillPickle Rebounder can be a great way to improve your game, as it allows you to work on your accuracy, footwork, and reflexes. Here are some types of pickleball drills you can practice:

1. Dinking Drill: Stand facing the rebounder at the kitchen line and hit forehand and backhand dinks against the rebounder. Try to hit the ball at the green targets right above the net and focus on your using your shoulder rotation to dink.
2. Volley Drill: Stand close to the rebounder and practice your volleys by hitting the ball against the rebounder with a short punch. Try to keep the ball low and consistent, and move your feet to get into the right position.
3. Half Volley Drill: Stand a little further from the rebounder and practice your half volleys by hitting the ball just after it bounces off the rebounder. This will help you work on your timing and reflexes.
4. Groundstroke Drill: Stand facing the rebounder with your paddle in hand, and hit forehand and backhand groundstrokes against the rebounder. Try to hit the ball in the same spot on the rebounder every time, and focus on your form and footwork.
5. Serve and Return Drill: Practice your serves and returns by hitting the ball against the rebounder and then trying to return it with a specific shot, such as a drop shot or lob.

Remember to practice each drill with both your forehand and backhand, and to focus on your technique and footwork. As you improve, try to increase the pace and variety of your shots to challenge yourself.

Almost all garages are made of steel so the magnetic rebounders should be able to attach to your garage door. If any doubt, grab any magnet you have at home and do a quick check. In some cases, the inside of the garage is heavily coated so as to not be magnetic.

For the Drill Surfaces, the garage door must be relatively flush and flat which is typically the case with traditional raised panel garage doors. If your garage door inside is not flush or has reinforcement struts, you should use the Drill Surfaces on the outside of the garage door exclusively.

The Drill Surfaces are thinner, lighter and meant to be used on either the the inside of garage doors that are flat and flush. The bounce back is good since the garage doors are solid steel anyway.

The Drill Panels are thicker and harder solid Fiberglass panels that are meant to be used on the outside of garage doors or the inside of flat and flush doors. The bounce back is the best.

Most garage doors in the USA are 7ft high and consist of four 21" tall panels. In this case, the DrillPickle Rebounder sections can be placed on the middle two garage panels and will align perfectly with the break in the panels. The Rebounder sections can be left as is on the garage when it is opened or closed.

You can use a tape measure to measure the height of both the garage door and individual garage panels. If your garage is a size other than 7ft high, the Rebounder sections can still be used but will not align perfectly with the garage panel breaks. As such, during storage, you will need to shift the Rebounder sections to be centered on the garage door panels to ensure the garage door can be closed and opened.

The DrillWall, our previous model, is constructed from HDPE (high-density plastic), which is much heavier compared to the Fiberglass Panels featured in the VersaWall. Despite this distinction, both options provide excellent bounceback capabilities. Notably, the Fiberglass Panels of the VersaWall are magnetic, allowing them to adhere to the stand on wheels or any metallic surface, such as garage doors. The VersaWall's collapsible design makes it portable and easier to store flat. The Versawall can accommodates multiple sets of panels for a broader hitting area. In terms of adjustability, the DrillWall tilts up to approximately 15 degrees, while the VersaWall offers a greater tilt range of up to 30 degrees. Additionally, please note that the DrillWall is a final sale item and is not eligible for returns.
